Fitness: P90X Part 2. A Workout So Tough You Might Shart Yourself.
Holidays are over folks. Which means you gotta do something about that pesky pounds you gained over the winter and it should probably last longer than all of those other New Years resolutions you never follow through on. For the self motivated types, there’s working out from home. Definitely not for everyone, especially if you’re easily distracted or just plain lazy. Unfortunately, I’m both. But for the sake of research and looking halfway decent while butt naked for my woman, I’m starting up P90x2. Yes, there’s a part 2. And it sucks. I had a hard time even driving to work this morning, but I’ll be using the site as a progress tracker.

Waist size: 37 inches
Weight Goal: 175 lbs
Waist: 34 inches
Should be a rather large pain in the ass. Even the basic pushups on the large Yoga ball were difficult as hell. Guess we’ll see how well I do in three months. No laughing at my before and after pictures either you as*holes.
